Our five-story community in the heart of historic Fort Collins offers 90 suites for independent living, 45 for assisted living and 25 for memory care. MorningStar at Old Town will be the first mixed-used senior community in Fort Collins, offering complementary retail and office space on its first floor for intergenerational connection.
