Brooke Grove Rehab. & Nursing Center

I was in Brooke Grove for rehabilitation for a knee replacement. The place is big, nice and I did have have some very nice and polite aides and nurses. However, only a handful of nurses understanding to bringing my medicine on time. To be specific the night nurse a male was late constantly with my pain meds. No compassionate when I was in so much pain. Not bringing my pain meds when warning him I was beginning to feel pain. He took over 40 minutes to an hour to bring my pain meds. I was in severe pain I was in tears. This happened to me twice and still was going through level 4 to 5 pain. Went through similar issues with the day time nurses. My meds were never correct it was horrible. Not to knock down all staff, most of the other staff were so kind. The fun activities were great and I had a really sweet PT crew. But had no PT done daily for my recovery I did my own PT in my room. Any improvement was because I knew what to do because I had my other knee done 4 yr ago.
