"NEGATIVE STARS. You will be told the Clare is one of the nicer facilities and it may be true for the nursing home portion however I have nothing nice to say regarding their rehab center. I met Amy the case manager to tour the facility and discuss what my mother had been through and the level of care she required. I was told the Clare was more than capable of handling her needs however that was a blatant lie. This is NOT an adequate rehabilitation facility for post hospitalization patients. The staff is under trained, under qualified and under staffed. I was incredibly clear on my mothers condition and the level of patience and care needed to keep her comfortable. Not only did they not respect our wishes; they did the exact opposite. They bullied my mother and when she asked them to please be more gentle with her and to stop hurting her she was told if she didn't like their treatment she could go back to the hospital.
