Do NOT place your loved one at Landon Ridge. If your loved one exhibits signs of decline, they will not notify you. If the signs become notably worse, they will not notify you. If an ambulance has to be called, they will not contact you. If your loved one declines being taken to the hospital against the advise of EMS, they will not contact you. You will not have the opportunity, when given so many of them, to be informed of the situation until it is too late. The protocols at Landon Ridge are significantly flawed and not followed. We scheduled a meeting with LeAnn and the employee who was working the day of the incident to find out what happened. Plenty of details were shared. It was made clear that they willing did not follow state protocols - or their own. They could not provide a reason for dropping the ball, only a sorry. I was able to collect more information from other sources and put together the full timeline. LR even failed disclose the full story. How can this be acceptable?
