Whether your loved one requires some help with the activities of daily living (ADL’s) or is living with the effects of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, our dedicated staff takes great pride in delivering high-quality care that is compassionate, safe, and resident-centered. Our services are designed to meet our residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Before a resident moves into the community, customized assessments are completed so individual care plans can be created. Care plans are assessed before moving in and after 30 days. Every six months plans are assessed or when a change in health occurs. In addition to the Medical Director and highly trained licensed nursing staff, our community is staffed by our Executive Director, Memory Care Director, and compassionate and professional support staff. Built in 2010, our property features fine living and dining accommodations, a beautiful courtyard, and a covered patio with walking paths, and seating areas. We offer several different apartments and room options, with some having their own patios. Rooms are spacious with modern touches. All bathrooms are ADA compliant. In addition, we have a media room and meeting room, ice cream parlor, inviting common areas that are easily accessible. Residents have a well-stocked library with puzzle tables and are available 24 hours a day. Our community has a unique blend of hospitality services and community engagement; with a strong focus on growing meaningful relationships. Our resort-style hospitality services include scheduled transportation, and exciting programs on-site and off. Eldergrow is a program that builds a therapeutic connection to nature through gardening. Residents can grow and tend to vegetable, fruit, and herb gardens in the community. Our Chef uses the harvest in dishes that are created. We’ve planted tomatoes, watermelons, lettuce, and other vegetables and herbs. Gathering around the table for meals is important in our community. Our highly experienced Executive Chef creates three delicious meals a day and offers menu-style options. Our Chef will have weekly chats about upcoming menus. This allows residents to make decisions about meal planning for the following week. Our private dining room is warm and inviting for everyone to enjoy. Every table is expertly set, and plate presentation is an art form. Delicious desserts and thirst-quenching beverages are always available at mealtimes.
