NORTHERN NEVADA STATE VETERANS HOME is the premier long-term care and rehabilitation facility in Sparks, Nevada. Eligibility for the Northern Nevada State Veterans Home includes U.S. Veterans who have served active duty, spouses of Veterans, and Gold Star Parents. Some of our amenities include large private suites, inviting and home-like open air interiors, family dining for special occasions, bistro and cafe, coffee shop, Veteran commissary, open outdoor areas, and private gardens.

We provide premiere post-acute rehabilitation, extended skilled nursing care, and specialized memory care. Our staff, residents, and volunteers create a warm and friendly community that seeks to uphold and affirm the dignity and joy of life as we care for the physical and emotional needs of our residents. Our care teams work together to create personalized treatment and activity plans to help Veterans and their families through their care journey.
