Diamond Retirement Living is a small assisted living community located in Henderson, Nevada. This group home is very diverce. I visited them once and they have a japanese resident and the owner was so fluent in japanese that she can comunicate with her. And for me thats a plus. Comunication is very important. Caregiver Kondo was fantastic she was so helpful and very easy to approach. Saw her that day, she was really taking good care of the residence. You can tell that she do her job with passion.

Highly recommended. The new owner is very approachable. And very nice, she answered all our question and assure us that my mom will be in good hands. The house itself is very clean smell nice. And very nice ambiance. Seen them take care of their residents you can feel that they put heart in everything they do. AGAIN HIGLY RECOMMENDED

The standard of care you receive here is so low compared to what you pay to house a loved one here. Residents are being given processed foods such as chicken nuggets and instant ramen. The owners only get groceries when the pantry is out. The only 'diamond' here is the name, everything else is a sham.

If you want good care for your family DO NOT bring them here! This is the worse place to try and get care for you loved ones. They tell you that you can visit but once your family is in there they say that ONLY medical personnel is allowed. They don't EVER answer their calls. Why? Because they supposedly have it connected to a fax machine. The owner or manager is rude and disrespectful. It's all about money that they care about not the well being of their patients. They don't want people in there because then people will know how bad the treatment is of the patients.
