The location for the development will combine the access and proximity to all of the resources and attractions that the Gulfport-Biloxi metro area has to offer with the serenity of the rural setting enjoyed by many residents of South Mississippi. The community and its facilities are being developed in order to co-exist amongst the natural beauty of the property creating a nature reserve with stocked ponds and ample walking trails. The community facilities will be comprised of 8 interconnected buildings surrounding impeccably landscaped courtyards. The community will be outfitted with all of the wonderful common area amenities to be expected from award winning Summerfield Senior Living property including secured premises with 24 hour on-site staff, restaurant style dining serving 3 meals per day, full service beauty salon, media and recreation room, chapel, laundry services and numerous other amenities included to maximize the quality of life for its residents.
