    They havent got a clue on how to care for elderly patients in memeory care. I have seen so many suffer, newer building memory care smell if urine and that all tjey do is set the residents in front of a tv. Memory care lead is condensending and doesnt have any people skills. She axts like she k ows it all but cant answer a families queations. Medicine skipped, missed, dropped and probaly some stolen. Management is more into parties for the assisted and regualr living side they think they xan manage but just give excuae when confronted... please dont put your loved one here they will detirate faster then they should. Managment just stay in there front offices and underquafied workers dont do all the care they bill for.... unsafeness golure... keep looking for another facility for your loved one
