Be extremely cautious about putting your loved one here. Although a few CNAs are lovely, holistically this facility is destitute and dirty. The Director clearly doesn’t allocate funds appropriately based on the condition of this facility. Broken furniture, smell of urine, and fire & carbon monoxide detectors constantly went off because the batteries weren’t changed. If the director has to rate her own business to establish it as reputable it should raise concern. Filing a complaint with the state along with pictures is my next course of action.

Horrible! I regret the time my dad had to live here. After a terrible UTI that the staff didn’t take care of by letting us know, he ended up in the hospital extremely sick urinating pure blood. He never went back to this place after that. Do not use this place even if it is your only option. Meds given by untrained staff and never on time. Page systems in rooms didn’t work and/or ignored. Please don’t put your loved ones here.

Summer's Landing Bayberry Trace - Jonesboro GA is an excellent facility if you a seeking a type of assisted living. The residents are treated with exceptional care. Activities are provided for them on a daily basis to take part in. The meals are well prepared with each persons individual diet taken into consideration. The professionalism of the staff along with the quality of care are a strong precedence, along with its cleanliness.
