The property was purchased in the 19th century by Juan Camarillo Sr. and later inherited by his sons, Adolfo and Juan Jr., whose legacy lives on in the nearby city that bears their name. In a gesture of familial generosity, Juan Jr. gifted this very parcel to his cousins — a family connection that remained until the land changed hands just last year.
