My mother lived at The Terraces for almost two years...until it burned down in the Eaton fire this past January 7, 2025. She LOVED this place, and so did I. It was so warm, welcoming and cozy, with fireplaces on each of the three levels and cute sitting areas. The lobby was bright and airy and also had sitting areas. All the caregivers, staff, and especially Sam B, were nothing less than wonderful and they all knew each of the tenants by name. Sam interacted with each and every senior and they LOVE him! The night of the fire was one of the worst nights for everyone...the whole place was lost...and unfortunately, so was our little community. I say "our", because even though it was my mother who lived there, I felt like I was a part of the family too. I am hoping and praying that they can rebuild soon, this place truly was like no other!
