Stark Homes Inc., founded 1959, has endeavored to meet the housing needs of Eastern Long Island 55 plus buyers for over 50 years. By combining the latest in manufactured housing design with on-site management, Stark Homes has grown into a 560 site community called Glenwood Village and Glenwood Oaks. Our community features a clubhouse with a fitness facility, billiard room, library and meeting room. In addition we have and an outdoor recreation area and swimming pool.

Glenwood Village has been an innovative developer of the planned community concept.
