LakeRidge Falls

Founded in 2001, LakeRidge Falls is one of Sarasota’s best kept secrets. The most often heard comment from visitors is: “Wow, it is like a hidden paradise inside LRF.” We are an active 55+ gated community located just north of University Parkway on Tuttle Avenue. The community consists of 399 homes located on 170 acres that includes 16 scenic lakes, a preserve area, extensive paved walking paths and beautiful, green and flourishing grounds.

LakeRidge Falls offers a large range of amenities. Our recreation and social center features’ a clubhouse which recently undergone a major renovation. The grand salon has been enlarged to accommodate large gatherings and meetings which includes our annual meeting. The gym has been moved from the pool annex building into a larger space in the clubhouse. The kitchen has been relocated and enlarged and has a pass-through window to the grand salon. Immediately adjacent to the clubhouse is the pool annex building which now contains two billiards tables, a library and two computer stations with free Wi-Fi. Our outdoor amenities include a heated resort-style pool, spa, and two bocce ball courts. Our activities include a variety of card games like mahjong, poker, and bridge, bingo nights. Other activities include bocce, table tennis, yoga/stretch classes, as well as, water aerobics. We even have our own lakeside beach!
