The Good Shepherd Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation (TGS) provides Ashland-area individuals the finest health care and rehabilitation services in a warm and comforting environment. State-of-the-art medical services available at The Rehabilitation Center are designed to easily move rehabilitation patients through various levels of personalized care in order to achieve the best possible health outcomes. Outpatient rehabilitation physical, occupational and speech therapy are also available. Long term residents experience a tranquil place and loving care where they can live the fullest life possible. Above all, patient and resident comfort and satisfaction remain our primary concerns.
