Terms and Conditions for Seniorly rebate for customers: 

Seniorly will provide a $350 rebate to any member who completes the following steps:

1. Click on link and submit an inquiry on www.seniorly.com.
2. Work with a Seniorly Partner Advisor to evaluate senior living options
3. Move into a community recommended by your Seniorly Partner Advisor within 12 months of the originally recorded inquiry date.

After the move-in is recorded by the Seniorly Partner Advisor, Seniorly will take the following steps to deliver the rebate:

1. Email the consumer using the email on record to confirm payment details, such as name and address. Seniorly will attempt to email users 3 times within a 30 day period.
2. Seniorly will issue rebate to consumer within 30 days of confirmation of payment details.
3. If Seniorly receives no response, any and all attempts to issue rebate will end after the 30 day period. Consumers will have up to one year after inquiry date to request rebate.
