Wonderful facility with great staff as well as great amenities. They went above and beyond to make sure my parents needs & wants were meet. The Waterford at Ames is very inviting and comforting while being very clean. Housekeeping staff do a great job at making sure the building is clean at all times. They also provide daily activities that give my parents a fun atmosphere to be involved in while providing them a choice of what they want to do.

I looked at a lot of different assisted living homes for my mother and found Briarwood in Allegan. Went and checked it out. The staff and facility were all very nice. They were leaps and bounds better than the other 5 facilities we looked at. I have been going twice a week to see my mom an every time I go she is well taken care of and the staff is always friendly an on top of everything. So if your looking for a place for your loved one look no farther!!
