Founded in 2001, Oakmont is led by President and CEO Courtney Siegel, who boasts over 15 years of senior living experience. Sunrise Villa is geared toward the more independent and active senior but also offers wonderful care and medication management when needed. The building and grounds are well maintained and the interiors are tastefully designed with multiple seating arrangements throughout the community to encourage residents to gather and get to know one another. The meals are delicious, you won't find any cans or packaged foods in the kitchen because they have a culinary trained chef that meets with the residents weekly to gather their input on likes and dislikes. Sunrise Villa keeps the residents busy with activities such as outings to San Francisco, Bodega Bay and local wineries along with cooking demonstrations, live music and daily fitness classes.
