I've lived at New Pond Village going on five years.There are porches and patios, nice views, and most of all, nice people. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the residents are very friendly as well. We have a beautiful library, common area, terrace level that has been renovated. I and others lived through the renovations. It was hard but we survived. The day I moved in, I felt like New Pond was my home. I have no regrets and I have never looked back. If anyone reading this is interested in a tour or a meeting with the sales staff, I'd be happy to talk to you. I think you would be very happy here.

My dad lived at the Birches for 3 years. He was very well cared for, made lots of friends and stayed active as long as he could. They even accommodated us bringing in his exercise bike into the activity room so he could maintain his fitness. The food was so good he gained 10lbs for the first time in his life! He recently passed away, and the VNA staff that came in treated him with the utmost care and compassion. I only rated 4/5 because the cost and lack of seat alarms which could have possibly prevented some of his falls.
