About Lydia Square - Ages 62+

Welcome to Lydia Square Apartments, a brand new community for seniors 62+ opening in the summer of 2021! Located in Rockland, Massachusetts, Lydia Square offers 1 and 2 bedroom apartments homes in a community offering peace and tranquility. A lottery will take place from April 30, 2021 until June 29, 2021. More information regarding the lottery and the lottery application can be found on this website. The community is offering the affordable program that has income restrictions you must meet to qualify. Contact Lydia Square for this information!



The apartments will include the water, heat, sewage, trash removal, snow removal, off street parking, 24 hour emergency maintenance, fully equipped kitchen, and all other on site amenities. Tenants will be responsible for electricity, Cable, phone and internet, aside from the monthly rent.



Lydia Square is a pet friendly community and allows one pet per apartment (cat or dog) up to 25lbs. for an additional $50 per month. The building will feature a brand new Fitness Center, Community Room, Library, Elevator, Rooftop Garden Terrace, and Old Colony Elder Services which will all be located on the first floor.
