Situated on Hebron Avenue in Glastonbury, just south of East Hartford, Addison Place rests on 14 wooded acres of beautiful property.
In today’s uncertain times, friendship and conversation means more now than ever. We take this need very seriously and work tirelessly to create meaningful connections between our residents, their families, and our associates while being as safe as possible.
It is a pleasure to welcome you to Addison Place, a newly named and long-standing and highly regarded assisted living and memory care community in Glastonbury, Connecticut. This new website, new name, and new look comes with the exciting news that we are now part of HallKeen Assisted Living of Norwood, Massachusetts. Addison Place is thrilled to be aligned with HallKeen, an experienced company known to be accessible, hands-on, and focused on all things local. For example, our new name and look emanates from Glastonbury’s rich historical significance.
