Founded in 1982, Retirement Unlimited, Inc. (RUI) is owned and operated by the Fralin and Waldron families of Virginia, operating 10 senior living communities in Virginia. 

Certified as a great place to work, RUI offers personalized nursing services, accommodating diverse care needs for individuals and couples. The company prioritizes a vibrant community, providing various social, educational, and cultural opportunities for residents. RUI emphasizes lifelong learning through RUI University, offering free classes to residents and the community.
