Magnolia Senior Living At Sugar Hill

Magnolia is not a place I would not want to put my loved one. The management is the worst I have ever seen, uncommunicative ,unprofessional and honorably and book keeping. Staff, when you can find them was Ok. The rooms are Ok but too far from the staff station. Again staff was never around. When my loved one passed, part of the contract we signed, which by way ended up having various errors. But the contract stated that would receive the unused funds for the month that my loved one was not in the facility. My loved one was of little means and we needed those funds to bury our loved one. I would not recommend Magnolia. We have had experience with 4 other care facilities and Magnolia was the worst by far. The only reason we had to place our loved one in Magnolia was because we were between a rock and a hard place for was asked to move our loved one because was mostly bed bound. I would look elsewhere for care for my loved one.
