    The facility is beautiful, and my mother has loved all of the activities, but they recently got a new manager who the residents dislike. She is very rude to the residents and very condescending. They have also raised rent substantially every year so be prepared to pay a lot more than what you're paying your first year.

    I absolutely love working at Holbrook of Decatur! This community offers gorgeous views and lots to do for active seniors. The staff make residents feel welcome and part of the Holbrook family. I look forward to many years of meaningful work here and most of all, helping seniors with the transition into their new home.
