Whether your loved one requires some help with the activities of daily living (ADLs) or is living with the effects of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, our dedicated staff takes great pride in delivering high-quality care that is compassionate, safe, and resident-centered. Our services are designed to meet our residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Every resident goes through a customized assessment prior to moving into the community. Individual care plans are created, with 14-day, 30-day, and annual assessments. On staff, we have our Medical Director and our skilled nursing staff that have LVN and CNA designations. We manage and schedule all resident’s medications. Built in 2014, our residents enjoy a safe environment with comfortable amenities and compassionate care. Our property features three different room types and three spacious floor plans. All rooms have self-contained heating and cooling systems and large windows for natural light. All rooms are ADA accessible. Our common spaces are welcoming and inviting. Each room encourages social interaction and engagement. We have a theatre room and café area plus, an exercise room. For small family gatherings, we have a private dining room. Dining and gathering around the table are an important part of life. Our Executive Chef makes dining at Vintage Lake a memorable experience for residents and families that come to visit. We offer a wide range of restaurant-style options, with three meal times and snacks served throughout the day. A few of our resident’s favorite meals are Salisbury steak, lemon pepper chicken, and meatloaf. Waffles with fruit topping are a delicious and popular breakfast. Tables are set prior to each meal and residents can help prepare for mealtime.
