Avalon Memory Care is a national award-winning community that specializes in caring for those suffering from dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. At Avalon, caregivers try to focus on the resident’s physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. Each resident will receive a thorough evaluation and individualized care plan. The list of care services available to residents is extensive and thorough. Residents receive assistance with activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, incontinence, etc. They also have neat, tasteful bedrooms that are cleaned on a daily basis. Medical and dental appointments can be arranged by the care staff, if needed. Delicious and nutritious meals are carefully prepared for the residents and dietary restrictions are closely followed, whether prescribed by a doctor or because of religious beliefs.
