Not even 1 star. The nurses are terrible and unable to manage simple nursing. I know because I am a nurse myself. My grandfather is there and since he has been there he has needed a below knee amputation and will need another amputation within the month. We tried to send him to the hospital last month and they refused to do anything for his leg. They don't identify problems, intervene when there are problems and cover up their mistakes. All we hear are excuses. We have had care plan meetings which is all air because they never do what they say they will do. Do not send your loved ones here. We have called state on them multiple times.
