Our services are designed to meet residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Before residents move to our Woodburn property, customized assessments are completed so individual care plans can be created. These care plans are updated frequently and as needed. Our community is staffed by highly trained medical staff, including an Executive Director and Registered Nurse (RN) who are hired not only for their professional skills but also for their compassionate and warm personalities. At Silver Creek Senior Living, our goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and inviting environment for our residents. We keep our community extremely clean and well-maintained, with modern updates underway that will only improve our current community and create new areas for activities. Residents of Silver Creek enjoy spacious, yet quaint rooms, the majority of which are private. Our food menu is always a huge hit with residents, and many enjoy cuisine in our spacious dining room. We also have a salon, recreation room, and common areas for our residents to enjoy time together and relax by watching television or simply taking part in each other’s company. Additionally, there are always a wide variety of great activities to enjoy. For example, several residents recently came together to create organic bug repellent for the summertime – an activity that we all truly loved!
