If your loved one requires some help with the activities of daily living (ADL’s), our dedicated staff takes great pride in delivering high-quality care that is compassionate, safe, and resident-centered. Our services are designed to meet our residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our skilled staff includes a Medical Director and Full-time RN who is on call 24/7 to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents. Through compassion and experience, our staff is committed to the highest level of care, day or night. The Lone Oak property features a two-story community with 70 apartments and a multitude of amenities and sizing options. Each apartment has granite countertops, wood cabinetry, and restrooms with walk-in-showers. Our community offers an engaging social atmosphere for residents, family, and staff that includes restaurant-style dining, our in-house beauty salon, and a beautiful common area that serves as a space for wine tasting, cider making, lectures, parties, and events. At Lone Oak, we focus on well-balanced, colorful – and most importantly, tasty meals. Lasagna Wednesdays and Ice Cream Social Fridays are a huge hit for our residents. We’re incredibly proud of our gardening club that produced lots of fresh, flavorful veggies for our community.
