Brookdale administration seriously lacks in communication with families. The caregivers stepped up in the time of need at the end of my fathers life but it's a very fake facade in the impression that it has high quality care. And the price-$11K/month?? Seriously have NO idea what we were getting for paying that amount of money.

My sister is a resident at Brookdale in Cary. It is a memory care facility only so all staff members are trained. The residents are supervised and well cared for. Residents are encouraged to participate in activities and to congregate in the common areas. I visit often and I am pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the general atmosphere. Each resident is greeted by name and treated with respect. I would recommend Brookdale.
