Hidden Lake Care Center

Located in the suburb of Raytown in Kansas City, Missouri, and known for its walking bridge over a picturesque lake, Hidden Lake Care Center combines lifestyle options with a full range of activities. From independent living to skilled nursing residential care to long-term care, the community is designed for those looking for a continuum of care as they age. The independent living lifestyle option offers one and two bedroom apartments, complete with a small kitchen, a patio or deck and a call light system for assistance. The residential care and long-term care communities offer private and semiprivate rooms with around-the-clock nursing services. Residents choose from three levels of amenities, which feature housekeeping, laundry, all meals, and medical and therapy services. A resident’s daily or monthly rent is based on the level of amenities selected. Medical services include an on-site dietitian for those with special dietary needs, IV therapies, diabetic management, tube feeding, respiratory services, advanced wound care and pain management. Therapy services include restorative therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy. Dental services, spiritual care, pharmacy services, podiatry services and hospice services are also provided on-site. Daily activities at Hidden Lake Care Center focus on stimulating the mind, body and spirit. They range from exercise and wellness programs to community outings. Among the activities are movie nights, games and art classes. Hidden Lake Care Center strives to provide residents with the support they need and to give that support when and how they need it.
