Homewood at Frederick first operated as a nursing home in 1979 in the former Francis Scott Key Hotel in downtown Frederick before moving to our current location in 2000. Homewood at Frederick provides residential options for independent and assisted living retirees as well as those in need of health care services. Our staff supports the health, dignity and vitality of all who live here.

As a CCRC, Homewood offers both entrance fee and monthly fee plans, with the 100% fully refundable entrance fee among the lowest in the region. Both plans offer the resident continuing care during their time at Homewood. Complete details on either plan are available by contacting our marketing team.
