Springdale Village is a Southwestern-style independent living and assisted living community located in Mesa, AZ. Costs for the private or shared one- or two-bedroom living spaces start at $2,450 a month. Apartments include full kitchens, spacious closets, large private bathrooms, and an outdoor patio or balcony. All housekeeping, linen, and laundry services are provided. The park-like campus offers a number of sculptured courtyards, furnished patios, landscaped lawns and gardens, groves of shade trees, and inspiring walking paths where residents can relax and connect with nature. The assisted living community health care team is available around the clock for help with any activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, and medication monitoring. The community is pet-friendly, so fur-babies are always welcomed. Residents enjoy a private party room, pool, spa, movie theater, full-featured fitness center, community connection room, arts and crafts studio, game room, computer center, lounge and a beauty salon with barbershop. Three delicious, healthy chef-prepared meals are served each day in an elegant family-style dining room, and private dining is also available for special events and visits. A bistro cafe is also available for after-hours snacks. Many activities are scheduled daily including social parties, educational classes. exercise programs, arts and craft sessions, games and card tournaments, live music and dancing events.
