Holly asked pertinent questions related to my friend’s current living & assistance needs, time frame, cost & preferred general location as well as activities of interest.
Holly sent a list of properties in alignment with my friend’s preferences. The list included address, contact information general cost & a few highlights e.g. levels of care, on site pool, full kitchen vs. kitchenette & parking.
Holly’s personal experience having visited many of these sites was consistently proven valid during site telephone interviews & visits. I found Holly’s descriptions 100% accurate; the outcome was different with another placement service I also used.
Holly is very responsive via text, phone calls and email and is a pleasure to work with.

Holly responded to me immediately! Even though she was out of town, she still took the time to call me and find out exactly what I was looking for. I then got a list of places, in my price range, and the locations I was looking for.
She continued to follow up with me. The first place she recommended was the once we chose.
In the past, I worked with another company, and they did not listen to what my needs were.
I am extremely appreciative of Holly!
